We have been awarded the opportunity to
assist our Taiwan-based Client in the
formation of an export-import trading
and product brokerage company. The
assignment includes research,
consultation, various document
creation, business practice layout, and
overall management of various tasks
associated with the endeavor.
This multi-phased assignment begins
with the exploration of preliminary
issues associated with the proposed
business start-up, and includes
consultations and other assistance
related to Infrastructure Development.
Our first assignment is specifically
focused toward Strategic Consulting on
behalf of our valued Client and will
feature research and consultations
concerning:
concept audits
review of business strategy
and goals
to identify and manage risks
outline
of principal business operations in
terms of delivering revenue from trade
activity with reduced costs of
operation
consultations regarding the
calculation of pro-forma operating
costs and their management
advice on strategy
concerning
activities that will yield low
operational costs while recognizing
profits
assistance with the
preliminary
outline of a business plan.

modeling and strategic analysis, this
